You pay per piece of equipment, (QR Code) per day.


Discounts apply, the more equipment you have.


There are no complicated bundles or lock-in contracts.

*$5 A Day Per Asset 

For The Cost of A Small Flat White Coffee

Each asset costs *$5 per day (excluding GST).


(*NB* Which works out to be about 15mins / wk for a Safety Consultant)


That fee includes:

  • QR code generation, 
  • live compliance tracking, 
  • document storage*, and 
  • hosting Operator / Technician checklists and lists, and prestarts
  • 24/7 updating and document/checklist creating services

There are no hidden costs, feature limits, or access restrictions based on business size.

Volume Discounts Available

Each asset comes with:

  • A dedicated QR code for scanning.
  • Location tracking and auto job site matching.
  • Access to your “Live” safety documentation (pre-starts, risk assessments, permits, servicing checklists, etc.).
  • Access to static equipment information libraries (Insurance, permits, inspection and commissioning history, etc)
  • Real-time compliance alerts using the visual traffic light alert system.
  • Access control for employers, operators / Technicians, and third parties.

Support Options

There are two support packages:


1. Done-With-You

You manage your own fleet with help from our team. SafetyMayte provides training and setup guidance at no added cost. This includes QR generation, asset creation, and dashboard walk-throughs.


2. Done-For-You

We manage your fleet for you. Our team uploads your documents, handles ongoing updates, and maintains compliance tracking. 



Pricing for this option varies based on fleet size and frequency of updates. This is suited for teams that have limited access to specialised resources.
